Mila, a scientist at a private institute, lives in Vienna, a resilient city state that has survived the results of the climate crisis - so far. She helps the charismatic politician Helen to build a matriarchy, hoping that it will lead to stability and peace, only to discover that Helen is about to create a fascist regime. Mila becomes the leader of the underground opposition to save her unborn son’s future.
